During our July 6th , 2023 Connectional Council meeting, a ministry partnership between the MidTexas Provisional Annual Conference and Bulgarian Provisional Annual Conference was unanimously approved. The Bulgarian Provisional Annual Conference has a detailed plan to become financially self-sustaining within five years. Through the retirement of elders and combining circuits rather than replacing elders, they are seeking to decrease their salary needs. 

While the Bulgarian Provisional Annual Conference needs financial resources from MidTexas Annual Conference, we will benefit from deep and meaningful relationships with sister congregations in Bulgaria. Pastors and laity from both provisional annual conferences can learn from one another and deepen their faith by coming together as the Body of Christ. You are encouraged to connect with the Bulgaria GMC church assigned to your covenant area and share about what God is doing in and through your local church.
