The Business Administrator is a full-time position with regular office hours from 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed to provide support to the various ministries of the church. This position is responsible for maintaining membership rolls and records, financial records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparing financial reports and analyses as assigned, maintaining other church records, and supporting various ministries and staff, and requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a great love for people and Jesus. This includes the development and implementation of the vision, strategy and discipleship elements for all programs, activities and educational aspects related to Children’s ministry at Asbury Methodist Church.

We are searching for a musician familiar with contemporary and traditional Christian worship music. Our church in Salado, Texas currently has one Sunday morning service. The successful applicant will work in coordination with our pastor to plan music for Sundays, occasional special services (i.e. Christmas Eve), and also coordinate efforts of volunteer musicians and singers.
Duties: Help select and lead music for worship services, coordinate and rehearse, as needed, with volunteer musicians and vocalists, provide leadership during worship services to engage a congregation of all ages, collaborate with clergy to align music with the overall theme of services, communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements: Proficient in playing musical instruments commonly used in worship settings, strong leadership skills to guide and inspire team members, excellent communication skills to convey the message of worship effectively, ability to mentor and educate team members on musical aspects, prior experience in leading worship services is preferred, but not mandatory.
